Angelika Richter (born July 4, 1972 in Leipzig ) is a German actress .

Life

She completed her acting training at the renowned Max Reinhardt Seminar in Vienna . While still at school, she played in the world premiere of Joshua Sobol's Alma - A Show Biz ans Ende at the Wiener Festwochen in 1996, directed by Paulus Manker . After completing her training, Angelika Richter played for a year at the Burgtheater Vienna (Christopherl in Johann Nestroy’s A Joke, he wants to play alongside Karlheinz Hackl , director: Achim Benning ) and then moved to the Hamburg Thalia Theater . There she worked with Karin Henkel , Jürgen Flimm and Robert Wilson . This was followed by engagements at the Schauspielhaus Bochum under Matthias Hartmann (including as a hotel page in the world premiere of Pancomedia by Botho Strauss ). Since 2005 she has had guest engagements at the Deutsches Schauspielhaus in Hamburg , the Schauspiel Köln and the Schauspiel Staatstheater Stuttgart .

She also worked in German television productions . Angelika Richter became known to a wider audience through the TV series Stromberg , in which she played the role of Nicole Rückert .
