Amy Lee , who earned her 80% of the audience votes. In the last final show, however, she was defeated by Ari Koivunen , who prevailed against her with 57% of the audience vote. Nevertheless, she got a record deal with Sony BMG .

On December 20, 2007, the album received double platinum with over 86,000 units sold.
At the end of October 2007, their second single Ivory Tower was released , which entered the Finnish single charts at number five. In January 2008 she finally released a third single, Are You Ready , a cover version of the Australian girl group Shakaya .

According to statistics from IFPI Finland, it was the best-selling album in Finland in 2008 by a national artist.
On October 6, 2008, the promo single Silent Despair was also released.
At the beginning of 2009, her label Sony BMG announced that she would release her third album that same year. The single Music Everywhere from it was released on August 10th, and the album was released on October 21st under the title Just a Pretty Face? in Finnland. After just one day, the album received gold status for 23,000 units sold. It rose to number two on the Finnish album charts and became their third platinum album.
At the end of August 2010, Anna Abreu wrote on her Facebook page that she had started work on her fourth album, Rush . The first single, Hysteria , was released on January 10, 2011. The album was released on March 30 of that year and became the singer's third number one album. It was awarded a gold record in 2011.
