content

The series is about the young Danish police officer Anna Pihl. In the first episode she starts her duty at Bellahøj, Denmark's largest police station.

Anna Pihl always tries to master her demanding job and her private life. She is divorced and lives under the same roof with her son Mikkel and the gay Jan. In one of the first episodes she gets closer to her colleague Martin ( Claes Bang ). After his ex-girlfriend Laura comes to her door one evening, Anna doubts whether she should really start a relationship with Martin.

After Anna's colleague Mikala Hansen is injured in a knife fight, she goes on patrol with the ambitious Kim ( Paw Henriksen ). He quickly makes it clear to her that he doesn't believe in women on patrol duty. Anna also feels annoyed by Kim's constant over-correctness and pedantry . However, she is very grateful to him when he saves her son Mikkel's life by shooting a dog that attacks Mikkel.
