Oliver Field
Oliver Field (* 2. May 1967 in West Berlin ) is a German actor , voice actor , dubbing author and dubbing director .
Career
Feld had his first assignment as a voice actor at the age of 14 as Willy in Kampfstern Galactica - The End of an Odyssey . He completed an acting training at the Fritz-Kirchhoff School and was then active at several Berlin theaters. Among other things, he played at the Hansa Theater and the Theater am Kurfürstendamm . At the grandstand he had claims to Edith Hancke a teacher. On television, Oliver Feld had acting appearances in the series Tatort at the side of Götz George , Praxis Bülowbogen and Unser Charly . But his main field of activity remained synchronization. He was active in re-dubbing Nothing New in the West . Since 1991 he has spoken the Blacky in General Hospital . In addition, he took over the German voice of Noah Wyle in the television series Emergency Room for ten years .
Oliver Feld lives in Berlin and also works as a dialogue book author and director. Among other things, he was responsible for the German-language versions of the series Rick & Steve (2008–2009), LA Crash (2009–2010) and FlashForward (2009–2010). He is currently working on the German synchronization of the doctor series Private Practice (since 2008) and for the first four seasons of the musical series Glee (2011-2013). Feld has been responsible for all new Star Trek series since 2017 . So also for Star Trek: Discovery (since 2017) and Star Trek: Picard (since 2020). He has also been responsible for the synchronization of the new Twilight Zone series since 2020 .
