Kevin Rahm
Kevin Patrick Rahm (born January 7, 1971 in Mineral Wells , Texas ) is an American actor .
Life
Kevin Rahm grew up in Mineral Wells, Texas, USA. During the time he was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints , he served as a missionary in France , Switzerland and on the Indian Ocean islands of Mauritius and Réunion between 1990 and 1992 . After returning to the United States, he studied at Brigham Young University before moving to drama. In 1994 he received the Irene Ryan Award for Best Actor. In 1996 he left university to pursue an acting career in Hollywood .
Rahm announced that he is no longer a practicing Mormon .
In April 2012 he married his partner Amy Lonkar.
Career
Rahm gained fame for his role as Kyle McCarty in the show For All Cases Amy . He also played in the comedy series Jesse . From the fourth season of Desperate Housewives , he was also seen together with Tuc Watkins as a gay couple who move to the suburbs. In Scrubs, he played a patient. He had other guest appearances at Grey's Anatomy as a clairvoyant patient and as a cosmetic surgeon Dr. Sean Loftin in CSI: Miami . He also appears in the fifth episode of the eighth season of Friends .
