Charles Curtis Watkins III (born September 2, 1966 in Kansas City , Kansas ) is an American actor of Welsh descent.

Life

Tuc Watkins was born in 1966 to a salesman and photographer . He has a younger sister, born in 1968. He attended Indiana University .

In April 2013, Watkins came out as gay in a television interview with Marie Osmond . He also has two children who were carried by a surrogate mother .

Career

Watkins made his television debut in 1994 with the series One Life to Live . There he played David Vickers for two years before he finally left for other television projects, although he had guest appearances in the series from 2002 to 2003, 2006 to 2010 and 2012. Also in 1996, he played the role of Dr. in the television series General Hospital. Pierce Dorman . He then played a role in two seasons of the Beggars and Choosers series . He made his film debut with the role of Mr. Burns in The Mummy . Watkins also had guest appearances on the series CSI: On the Trail of the Criminals , Melrose Place , Six Feet Under - Always Dying and Cold Case - No Victim Is Ever Forgotten . From 2007 to 2012 Watkins starred in the series Desperate Housewives with Kevin Rahm , which embodied a homosexual couple.
