The Anson's Herrenhaus KG (proper spelling: ANSON'S ), based in Dusseldorf is a retailer for men's clothing. It currently offers fashion from international brands and designers in 19 branches and with over 1000 employees in Germany.
history
Anson's was founded in 1989 as a smaller format specializing in men's fashion alongside the more comprehensive range of clothing stores from Peek & Cloppenburg in Essen. The Anson's Herrenhaus KG is not a Peek - & - Cloppenburg subsidiary, is an independent company that the former Peek - & - Cloppenburg Director Stefan Ziebold was built. Ziebold was and is significantly involved in the concept and company idea that is still valid today. He was the first Anson's employee and is still responsible for the company's direction as general representative of the company together with John Cloppenburg - a son of the P&C West partner. Some Anson's shareholders belong to the Cloppenburg family, other shareholders are also shareholders at Peek & Cloppenburg West. The interdependence of the two companies is undisputed. Since January 1, 2010, the company has been intensifying its use of central P&C functions. John Cloppenburg, a member of Anson's management, was also appointed a member of the management of Peek & Cloppenburg KG Düsseldorf and is responsible for purchasing men's clothing and KIKO for P&C and Anson's.
Anson's is one of the largest buyers of branded clothing in Europe. B. largely responsible for the distribution of Ralph Lauren articles in Germany in the 1990s. The last branch was opened in 2010 in Cologne-Weiden (Rhein Center).

The mansions are generally divided into different departments. In “Magazin” only young branded fashion is offered: Boss Orange , Ben Sherman , Minimum , Fred Perry , Diesel , Khujo , Gloverall , Penfield , Tommy Denim , Drykorn , Lyle & Scott , Superdry , Adidas and the own house brand Review . In the area of casual wear , Anson's offers Lacoste , Tommy Hilfiger , Marc O'Polo and house brands, among others .
