Antonia Dinnebier (born November 15, 1958 ) is a German landscape planner and author .

Life

Antonia Dinnebier is the daughter of the lighting designer Johannes Dinnebier and his wife Lisa. From 1978 she studied landscape planning at the Technical University of Berlin , where she received the title of qualified engineer in 1985 . From 1978 to 1990 she was a research assistant at the Institute for Landscape Economics at the Technical University of Berlin, and from 1990 to 1991 at the Institute for Ecosystem Research Berlin-Halle (formerly part of the Academy of Sciences of the GDR ). She received her doctorate in 1995 with the “Idea of ​​the aesthetic landscape, its historical and historical development and today's discussion of its function”.

Dinnebier works on a voluntary basis in various associations, was a board member of the Deutscher Werkbund North Rhine-Westphalia , the state association for nature conservation and the environment in North Rhine-Westphalia and a deputy advisory member in the Wuppertal design advisory board . She is currently a member of the advisory board of the Lower Nature Conservation Authority of the City of Wuppertal for the German Forest Protection Association and chairwoman of the Wuppertal Natural Science Association . She gives lectures and organizes guided tours on nature, garden art and monument preservation.

The landscape planner works independently with her office Landconcept . She runs the business of Lüntenbeck Castle with her sister Sonja .
