The Antonov A-1 is a school glider that was designed and built in the Soviet Union around 1930.

history

The A-1 was designed in the 1930s by Oleg Konstantinowitsch Antonow as a single-seat glider . Built about 5,700 times, it formed the basis for the later developed, 7,600 times produced, two-seat glider Antonov A-2 .
