The Apostolic Vicariate Saint-Pierre and Miquelon ( Latin : Apostolicus Vicariatus Insularum Sancti Petri et Miquelonensis ) was a Roman Catholic diocese based in Saint-Pierre on Saint-Pierre, an island in the French overseas territory of Saint-Pierre and Miquelon .

Pope Benedict XIV founded the Apostolic Prefecture of Saint-Pierre and Miquelon in 1753 from cession of territory by the Diocese of Québec and made it subject to the Archdiocese of Bordeaux as a suffragan . On November 16, 1970 this was elevated to a Vicariate Apostolic Office .

On March 1, 2018, Pope Francis accepted the resignation of the last Vicar Apostolic and abolished the Vicariate Apostolic. The territory was incorporated into the diocese of La Rochelle-Saintes .
