The Arbach is a 6.6 kilometer long right tributary of the Swabian Rezat near Pleinfeld in the Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen district in Central Franconia .

The Arbach rises at an altitude of 462  m above sea level. NN immediately south of Walting and feeds the brook pond there . It flows through a narrow valley between Kleinweingarten and Kemnathen in the north and Göppersdorf and Reisach in the south. To the northeast of the forest corridor Totenleite , it is fed on its right by the Arbachgraben coming from the north from the district road WUG 16 and not far from the Winkelbach coming from the south from the direction of Göppersdorf . The Arbach flows further north past a Celtic Viereckschanze and then south past Weingartner Berg ( 467  m above sea level ), crosses under the federal highway 2 and reaches a small ford near Pleinfeld . The Arbach finally empties at an altitude of 373  m above sea level. NN in Pleinfeld north of Zollgasse and not far from the Nepomuk Bridge from right into the Swabian Rezat.
