The Arcomie is a river in France that runs through the Occitania and Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes regions. It rises in the eastern municipality of Les Monts-Verts , near the A75 motorway and the parallel Béziers – Neussarges railway , drains generally in a north-northwest direction and, after around 20 kilometers, flows into the backwater of the Barrage de Grandval as a left tributary in the municipality of Val d'Arcomie in the Truyère . On its way, the Arcomie crosses the Lozère and Cantal departments .
