The Argentine women's national handball team represents Argentina at international matches and international tournaments in women's handball .
Argentina took part in every Pan American Championship - except for 1989 . Argentina recorded their first medal win in 1999 with 3rd place. Since the Pan American Championship in 2003, the women's national team has consistently won a podium, but the competition was only won in 2009. Argentina qualified for the World Cup for the first time in 1999 and has been participating in the tournament regularly since 2003, with 16th place at the 2019 World Cup being the best placement. The only participation in the Olympic Games so far was in 2016 .
