The district of Neufchâteau ( French arrondissement administratif de Neufchâteau ) is one of five districts in the Belgian province of Luxembourg . It covers an area of ​​1,354.57 km² with 63,375 inhabitants ( as of January 1, 2019 ) in twelve municipalities.

It is both an administrative and a judicial district. The municipalities of Bastogne , Bertogne , Fauvillers , Sainte-Ode and Vaux-sur-Sûre of the Bastogne district also belong to the judicial district .
