Arrondissement de Grand Dakar

The Arrondissement de Grand Dakar is one of the four arrondissements into which the Dakar department is divided, which in turn is congruent with the urban area of Dakar , the capital of Senegal . The arrondissement includes six communes d'arrondissement .

The arrondissement is located in the interior and on the east coast of the Cap-Vert peninsula . From the north, west and south the area is enclosed by the other arrondissements of the metropolis. The arrondissement has an area of ​​18.9 km².
