Artemi Wiktorowitsch Lakisa ( Russian Артемий Викторови Лакиза ; born July 2, 1987 in Barnaul , Russian SFSR ) is a Kazakh - Russian ice hockey player who has been playing at HK Almaty in the Kazakh championship since 2019 .

Career

Artemi Lakisa, who comes from the youth of Motor Barnaul , made his debut in the third Russian division in 2003 with the second team of Amur Khabarovsk . After a year with Golden Amur in the Asia League Ice Hockey , he returned to his native Barnaul, where he played in the second Russian league. After playing for league rivals Kasachmys Satpajew from Kazakhstan in 2006/07 , he moved to Barys Astana . There he played mostly for the professional team in the Continental Hockey League until 2015 , but was also used in the second team Nomad in the Kazakh championship . With this he became Kazakh champion in 2017 . From 2017 he was permanently under contract with Nomad.

He has been playing for HK Almaty since 2019 .

International

For Kazakhstan , Lakisa took part in the junior division of the U20 World Junior Championships in Division I in 2006 and 2007 , when he, as the best defender of the tournament, made a significant contribution to the rise of the Kazakhs to the top division.

In the senior sector, he was in his country's squad at the World Championships in Division I in 2007 , 2008 , 2009 , 2011 , 2015 and 2017 . In 2014 and 2016 he played with his team in the top division.

He also represented his colors at the qualifying tournaments for the Winter Olympics in Vancouver 2010 and Pyeongchang 2018 . At the Winter Asian Games 2017 he won the gold medal with the Kazakhs.
