The Asakusa Line ( Japanese 浅 草 線 , Asakusa-sen ) is a metro line in Tokyo , Japan that opened on December 4, 1960 and is managed by the Toei Subway . It appears in rose on cards BSicon exlDST ruby.svg; the stations have the letter A followed by a number. The line is number 1 in planning.

The Asakusa Line trains run together with the Keisei Oshiage Line from Oshiage and the Keikyū Main Line from Sengakuji .
