b-flat

The b-flat (actually: b-flat Acoustic Music & Jazzclub ) is a Berlin jazz club .

The b-flat was launched in 1995 by the musician brothers Jannis Zotos and Thanassis Zotos and the actor André Hennecke. Jörg Zieprig has been responsible for programming since 1997. The club is located near Hackescher Markt at Dircksenstrasse 40 in Berlin-Mitte (from 1995 to June 2016 the club was at Rosenthaler Strasse 13) and is an integral part of the Berlin music scene. It is open every evening; Live jazz is played daily by various German as well as international musicians and formations. The program is not stylistically fixed within jazz. On Wednesdays there are jam sessions under the direction of bassist Robin Draganic with changing guest musicians.
