The "Grimes Organization" is a special kind of service company. Bribery, murder and extortion are among the services offered. The ideal workplace for the dishonorable dismissed CIA agent Nelson Crowe. But his new boss, the beautiful and dangerous Margret, sees in him the ideal tool to realize their own plans. She wants to take out her boss Grimes to put herself at the head of the organization. With cool calculation and a woman's guns, she gets Crowe to take on the murder assignment. But Crowe also leads a risky double game for which no price is too high for him.

James Berardinelli wrote on ReelViews that the film offers some “delicious moments”, but is far from a “perfect double-game thriller”. He borrows from numerous previous films.

The lexicon of international films wrote: "A stereotypically developed thriller that tries to underline its gloomy play with gloomy lighting, but is unable to activate the acting skills of its leading actors."
