1978 European Badminton Cup

The first edition of the European Badminton Cup took place in 1978 in Göppingen, Germany. The Danish top favorite Gentofte BK prevailed in the final against the German representative 1. BV Mülheim , the ASKÖ Sport Aman team from Austria and Holly Trinity BC from Ireland.
