1986 European Badminton Cup

The 9th edition of the European Badminton Cup took place in 1986 in Haarlem , the Netherlands . There was another final edition of the previous year. Once again, the Danish representative Gentofte BK prevailed 6: 1 against the Swedish club BMK Aura Malmö . In the semi-finals, the Icelandic club TB Reykjavík was defeated by BMK Aura Malmö and the host Dutch club BC Duinwijck by Gentofte BK. For Gentofte BK it was the seventh and so far last win of the European Badminton Cup.
