Playoffs 1st place:
The first leg took place on March 14, 1909, the second leg on March 21, 1909 and the play-off on April 4, 1909. In the first leg, VfB Königsberg took the lead early and was able to score three goals within the first quarter of an hour. This was due to the numerical inferiority of SV Prussia-Samland Königsberg , who started with only nine players, but were later completed. As a result, the rest of the first half was balanced and each team managed to score another goal. In the second half, VfB scored six more goals due to a poor performance by Prussia-Samlan's goalkeeper. In the second leg on muddy ground, VfB Königsberg took the lead twice, Prussia-Samland was able to equalize both leads. However, VfB scored two more goals to make it 4-2 at half-time. Shortly after the restart, Prussia-Samland was able to catch up and equalize to 4: 4, whereupon VfB changed its goalkeeper. The attackers of VfB failed as a result of the good defense by Prussia-Samland , in return Prussia-Samland took the lead with a penalty. Ten minutes before the end, VfB played outnumbered, which Prussia-Samland used to hit the 6: 4 final score. In the play-off, VfB Koenigsberg went 1-0 in the eighth minute , despite a balanced opening phase, and increased to 3-0 at halftime. In the second half, Prussia-Samland was able to score a goal, but VfB decided the play-off with 3: 1 and thus became East Prussian football champions for the second time.
The winners of the districts of Danzig-Stolp and Elbing-Marienwerder played the champions of West Prussia. This then met in a final game on the winner of the East Prussia district.

3: 1 (3: 1)
Elbinger SV 1905 (Winner District III Elbing-Marienwerder)
In front of 1,500 spectators, the BuEV Danzig was able to show a significantly better form than last year. Both clubs had no losses and could compete with the best team. In the first half there were chances on both sides, Danzig developed an increase in chances, but failed due to the well-placed Königsberg goalkeeper Neumann and the Königsberg defense. The pace of the game increased in the second half. Due to a crowd in front of the Danzig goal, Proctor was able to get the ball into the goal in the 70th minute of play. Danzig increased the pressure again, but failed because of the defense and the gatekeeper. Thus, VfB Königsberg was able to win its second Baltic championship title.
