The Baltic football championship 1913/14 of the Baltic lawn and Winter Sports Association won the SV Prussia-Samland Königsberg in the finals tournament with two points ahead of Szczecin FC Titania . This was the third win of the Baltic football championship for the Königsbergers, who thereby qualified for the German football championship 1913/14 . In this case, the Königsberg team was eliminated in the quarter-finals after a 4-1 defeat against VfB Leipzig on Walter-Simon-Platz in Königsberg.

This was the last time the Baltic football finals were held before the First World War . A regional game operation, especially in the large cities of Königsbger and Stettin , was continued, but the Baltic football finals and German football championships did not take place in the next few years due to the war. A final round was not played again until 1919/20.

Mode and overview

At the Association Day of the BRWV on March 13, 1913, it was decided to include the Association of Pomeranian Ball Game Clubs at this season . From then on this formed the district III Pomerania within the association area. In addition, the districts I East Prussia and II Danzig / West Prussia were formed. The districts known from the last season were assigned to the districts and played the district champion first. The three district champions then qualified for the Baltic football final.
