The Baltic football championship of the Baltic Lawn and Winter Sports Association in 1921/22 was won by VfB Königsberg by resolution of the Baltic Lawn and Winter Sports Association. In the final round-robin tournament, VfB Königsberg and Stettiner FC Titania were tied, so that a deciding match between the two clubs was necessary. VfB Königsberg won this game 1-0. However, Stettin successfully protested and the game had to be repeated. This game won the Stettiner FC Titania and was thus allowed to participate in the German soccer championship 1921/22 . VfB Koenigsberg protested against the evaluation of the replay . The Baltic Lawn and Winter Sports Association later agreed that Koenigsberg was right and assessed the first play-off as decisive for the Baltic championship. Thus Königsberg won the championship title, but, like last year, it was already too late to participate in the German championship. At the German soccer championship, Titania Stettin was eliminated in the quarter-finals after a 5-0 defeat against Hamburger SV .

Final round of the Baltic football championship

The final round of the Baltic football championship was held in the 1922/23 season in a round-robin tournament as a single round. The three district champions were qualified. The VfB Königsberg won his fifth title of the Baltic lawn and Winter Sports Federation. Since the Stettiner FC Titania and VfB Königsberg tied on points after the tournament was over, a playoff was necessary. This won the Königsberg 1-0. However, Stettin protested against this game, so a replay had to take place. This time the Szczecin team prevailed 3-0. Against this, VfB Königsberg protested , but due to the lack of time, FC Titania from Stettin was allowed to participate in the German football championship 1920/21 . The Baltic Lawn and Winter Sports Association later agreed to the Koenigsberg protest and decided that the first play-off game the Koenigsbergers could win counts and Koenigsberg became the Baltic champion.
