action
Russia in 1910. The gang leader Yegor meets Princess Vera. The two fall in love. When Yegor's sister Nadja is raped by Prince Serge, Vera's brother, and commits suicide, Yegor takes revenge and kills Serge. He kidnaps Vera and forces her to be a slave among the bandits. Vera is able to outsmart her kidnapper and lure him into a trap in which he is arrested and flogged by soldiers. Vera asks Yegor for forgiveness. Both love each other, but they know that their love has no future.
