Banwa is a province in the Boucle du Mouhoun region in the West African state of Burkina Faso with 323,602 inhabitants on 5888 km².

The province consists of the departments of Balavé , Kouka , Sami , Sanaba , Solenzo and Tansila .

The capital is Solenzo. The inhabitants of the province are mainly Bwaba , Mossi and Sanan who make a living from agriculture.
