Soum is a province in the Sahel region in the West African state of Burkina Faso with 429,220 inhabitants (2013) on 12,205 km².

The province consists of the departments of Aribinda , Baraboulé , Diguel , Djibo , Tongomayel , Kelbo , Koutougou , Nassoumbou and Pobé-Mengao . The capital is Djibo.
