Boulgou is a province in the Center-Est region in Burkina Faso in West Africa with 661,928 inhabitants on 6687 km².

The province consists of the departments of Bagré, Bané, Béguédo, Bissiga, Bittou, Boussouma, Garango, Komtoèga, Niaogho, Tenkodogo, Zabré, Zoaga and Zonsé. The name Boulgou comes from the mountain near Garango . The inhabitants of the province are mainly Bissa and Mossi .
