Gourma is a province in the Est region in the West African state of Burkina Faso with 379,023 inhabitants on 11,145 km².

It is located in the east of the country and the capital is Fada N'Gourma . In the course of the redistribution of the administrative units on April 24, 1996, the province of Gourma was considerably reduced by the formation of the provinces Komondjari , Kompienga and Koulpélogo . The inhabitants are mainly members of the gourmand .
