Barbara Tucker

Barbara Tucker (born March 19, 1967 in Brooklyn ) is an African-American house interpreter from New York .

Tucker first took up gospel training and was a background singer for George Clinton , Deee-Lite and Janet Jackson for several years . She became internationally known as a house diva through the song Beautiful People which was released in 1994 on the Strictly Rhythm label.
