Battlefleet Gothic: Armada 2 is a real-time strategy game from the French development studio Tindalos Interactive in the futuristic role-playing world Warhammer 40,000 . It is the successor to Battlefleet Gothic: Armada and was published by the French publisher Focus Home Interactive on January 24, 2019 for Windows . It is based on the tabletop game Raumflotte Gothic .

The game has a total of three campaigns. They all play at the time of the Gathering Storm scenario during the 13th Black Crusade of Chaos Warlord Abaddon against the human empire. In the tutorial, the forces of chaos destroy the imperial fortress world Cadia. Humanity hopes for salvation from Admiral Spire, the hero of its predecessor, who returns after 800 years in the warp to lead humanity in the first campaign against Abbadon's armed forces. At the same time, the robot beings of the Necrons wake up and try to get back to their old size in a second campaign. The third campaign focuses on the people of the tyrannids, who are driven by their hunger for ever new biomass to conquer and destroy all planets that they can get hold of.

The game was announced in January 2018 and should initially be released later this year. In September 2018, however, Focus Home Entertainment announced the postponement to January 2019.
