The Berlin Marathon 2017 (officially: BMW Berlin Marathon 2017 ) was the 44th edition of the annual running event in Berlin , Germany . The marathon took place on September 24, 2017. It was the third run of the World Marathon Majors 2017/18 and had the gold label of the IAAF Road Race Label Events 2017 .
Eliud Kipchoge won in the men in 2:03:32 h, in the women Gladys Cherono in 2:20:23 h.
