The Berlin soccer championship of the VBB 1903/04 was the seventh Berlin soccer championship held under the Association of Berliner Ballspielvereine . This year's championship was played again in a group of eight participants. The BTuFC Britannia 1892 prevailed and was the third time Berlin football champion of the VBB . With this victory Britannia qualified for the German soccer championship 1903/04 . After a 6-1 win in the quarter-finals against Karlsruher FV and a 3-1 away win in the semifinals against SC Germania 1887 Hamburg , the Berlin team reached the final against defending champions VfB Leipzig . However, due to a protest by the Karlsruhe FV , the DFB canceled the championship finals, so that no German football champions were determined.

The BFC Germania 1888 and the BFC Fortuna 1894 were relegated to 2nd class, in return the SC Minerva 93 and the Berlin BC 03 were promoted to 1st class.
