Bermuda buggy

Bermuda Buggy was a Dutch manufacturer of automobiles that were also offered in kit car form .

Company history

Bert Vos founded the company for the production of buggies in 1969 after he became aware of such vehicles during a trip to the United States of America . In 1971, due to lack of time, he handed the company over to Roel Arends, who ran it for two years. After a year break, Willem van de Vlekkert from Epe continued production until 1979. A total of about 20 copies were made.

Automobiles

The buggies were based on chassis from the VW Beetle , which were shortened by 30 cm. The price for a standard kit was 950 Dutch guilders .
