Shelter was a Dutch car brand.
Company history
Arnold van der Groot from Terborg began developing an automobile in 1947 . In 1954 the first vehicle was completed and small series production began. Production ended in 1958. A total of seven copies were made, two of which still exist.

The only model was a microcar . It was a tricycle with a wheel at the back. First, a was built-in motor of ILO 200 cc engine capacity provided, but later came a specially developed single cylinder - two-stroke engine with 228 cc capacity used. The engine was mounted in front of the rear wheel. The closed aluminum body with two side doors offered space for two people.
