The Bezděkovský potok (German Pössigkauer Bach ) is a left tributary of the Radbuza ( Radbusa ) in the Czech Republic .
course
The Bezděkovský potok ( Pössigkauer Bach ) rises in Okres Tachov ( Tachau district ) south of Přimda ( Pfraumberg ) from a wetland between the 706 m high Ovčí kopec ( Sheep Mountain ) and the 757 m high Šibeník ( Gallows Hill ) from numerous sources.
The European main watershed between the North Sea (south of the ridge) and the Black Sea (north of the ridge) runs over the ridge between Ovčí Kopec ( Sheep Mountain ) and Šibeník ( Gallows Mountain ). The Bezděkovský potok ( Pössigkauer Bach ) drains into the North Sea via Radbuza ( Radbusa ), Berounka ( Beraun, formerly Mies ) , Vltava and Elbe . The sources of the Václavský potok ( Wenzelbach ) , whose water flows into the Black Sea via Pfreimd (in the Czech Republic: Kateřinský potok ( Katharinabach ), Naab and Danube ) are located just 400 m north of its headwaters .
10 to 20 springs and small streams unite in the wetland between Ovčí Kopec ( Sheep Mountain ) and Šibeník ( Gallows Mountain ) to form the Bezděkovský potok ( Pössigkauer Bach ), which initially flows south-east parallel to Highway 198. To the north of the village of Málkov ( Molgau ) , the brook separates from the country road and flows around Malkov ( Molgau ) in an arc that extends far to the east . It continues south-east of Malkov ( Molgau ) and continues in this direction until it flows into the Radbuza ( Radbusa ).
2.5 km south of Malkov ( Molgau ) the Bezděkovský potok ( Pössigkauer Bach ) reaches the eponymous village Bezděkov ( Pössigkau ) . It crosses the whole length of this town from north to south.
Now the Bezděkovský potok ( Pössigkauer Bach ) flows to Bělá nad Radbuzou ( Weißensulz ) on the west side of the railway line Domažlice ( Taus ) - Tachov ( Tachau ) . He leaves the Okres Tachov ( Tachau district ) and enters the Okres Domažlice ( Taus district ) . Located in the village Bela nad Radbuzou ( Weißensulz ) opens the Bezděkovský Potok ( Pössigkauer Bach ) from the left in the Radbuza ( Radbusa ).
On its course, the Bezděkovský potok ( Pössigkauer Bach ) takes in many unnamed brooks from the right and some from the left.
