Bikal ( German Wickerl ) is a municipality in Hungary . The municipality, which has around 750 inhabitants (as of 2011), is located in the northern part of Baranya County . The climate is relatively mild in both summer and winter. The annual average temperature is 10 to 10.5 ° C.
