Bille Woodruff
Bille Woodruff (* in Denver , Colorado ) is an American film and music video director . He once also appeared as a film producer and cameraman .
Life
Woodruff grew up in Virginia. He attended the University of Maryland and wanted to be an anthropologist . He then interned at Black Entertainment Television (BET) in Washington, DC Woodruff's career in show business began as he worked his way up at BET.
After his successful stint at BET, Woodruff thought it was time to move. That change came with an offer from LaFace Records . He was with LaFace for three years before he felt it was time to move on again in his career - he went to Los Angeles .
Woodruff has made videos for artists such as Jessica Simpson , Lil 'Kim , Britney Spears , Celine Dion , R. Kelly , Nas , OutKast , Aaliyah , Missy Elliott , TLC , Toni Braxton , Trisha Yearwood , Usher Raymond and many others. He has been nominated for numerous MTV Video Music Awards and won a VH-1 Fashion Award.
