Billie Piper
Billie Piper (* 22. September 1982 in Swindon , Wiltshire as Leian Paul Piper ) is a British actress and former singer .
life and career
Piper began her career as a singer with several successes in the UK charts, including the title Because We Want To , which reached number 1 on the UK singles chart in 1998. As a television actress, she became known through the British series Doctor Who , in which she played the character of Rose Tyler . She played leading roles in the film adaptation of The Shadow in the North by Philip Pullman and in the British television series Secret Diary of a Call Girl .
On May 6, 2001, Piper married presenter Chris Evans . The two separated in 2005 and finally divorced in May 2007. On December 31, 2007, she married actor Laurence Fox ; the wedding took place in Eastbourne , East Sussex . Together they have two sons (* 2008 and * 2012). The marriage was divorced in May 2016.
