Frederick Samson Robert Morice "Freddie" Fox (born April 5, 1989 in Hammersmith , London ) is a British film and theater actor .

Life

Freddie Fox is the son of the actor couple Edward Fox and Joanna David ; his sister is 15 years older than the actress Emilia Fox . Other well-known family members are his uncle James Fox and his cousin Laurence Fox , both actors by profession.

Early on, he followed in the footsteps of his family members and studied acting at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama . Fox got his first engagement in 2009 in the film adaptation of Agatha Christie 's A Step into the Void . In Worried About the Boy , a TV movie from 2010, Fox starred in the role of the musician Marilyn . In 2011 he was in the literary film adaptation The Three Musketeers as the French King Louis XIII. in front of the camera.

Freddie Fox had a two-year relationship with actress Tamzin Merchant , whom he met while filming The Mystery of Edwin Drood .
