The Diocese of Auki ( lat. : Dioecesis Aukina ) is on the Solomon Islands situated Roman Catholic diocese based in Auki on the island of Malaita . It includes the province of Malaita .

history

The diocese of Auki was established on December 17, 1982 by Pope John Paul II with the Apostolic Constitution Qui quattuor from cessions of territory of the Archdiocese of Honiara and subordinated to this as a suffragan .
