Peter Houhou
Peter Houhou (born October 10, 1966 in Marau , Guadalcanal , Solomon Islands ) is a Solomon clergyman and Roman Catholic bishop of Auki .
Life
Peter Houhou received on 3 July 1999 with the Archbishop of Honiara , Adrian Thomas Smith SM , the sacrament of Holy Orders .
On July 3, 2018, Pope Francis appointed him Bishop of Auki. The Apostolic Nuncio to the Solomon Islands, Archbishop Kurian Mathew Vayalunkal , donated him episcopal ordination on October 14 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Archbishop of Mount Hagen , Douglas Young SVD , and the Archbishop of Honiara, Christopher Michael Cardone OP .
