The Diocese of Kolwezi ( lat. : Dioecesis Koluezensis ) is in the Democratic Republic of Congo situated Roman Catholic diocese based in Kolwezi .

history

The diocese Kolwezi was on March 11, 1971 by Pope Paul VI. Established with the Apostolic Constitution Qui beatissimo from cessions of territory of the Diocese of Kamina and subordinated to the Archdiocese of Lubumbashi as a suffragan .
