The Borschawa ( Ukrainian Боржа́ва ; Slovak Boržava ; Hungarian Borzsa ) is a river in western Ukraine in the Transcarpathian Oblast in the catchment area of the Tisza .
The sources of the river are located below the mountain Stij in a deserted area north of the place Beresnyky in Svaljava district in the forest Carpathians , it then flows in a south direction to the place Dowhe and then in a south-westerly direction in the plain south past Irschawa and flows into the Local area of Wary southeast of the city of Berehove in the Tisza .
The total length of the river is 106 kilometers, the entire water catchment area is 1360 km².
