Bradley Mousley (born January 3, 1996 in Adelaide , South Australia ) is an Australian tennis player .

Career

Bradley Mousley mainly plays on the ITF Future Tour and the ATP Challenger Tour . On the Future Tour he has so far won one title in singles and eleven others in doubles. He celebrated his first title on the Challenger Tour in February 2017 when he won the doubles competition with Luke Saville in Launceston .

In the junior division, he won the doubles competition at the Australian Open in 2013 with Jay Andrijic and in 2014 with Lucas Miedler . In August 2014, he was banned for one year retrospectively to May 30, 2014, after testing positive for ecstasy in March of that year . Originally the ban was set for two years, but after Mousley admitted the intake and it was held at a party instead of to improve performance, the ban was shortened to one year.

He made his Grand Slam debut in 2017 thanks to a wildcard in the men's doubles at the Australian Open alongside Alex Bolt . After three wins, they reached the quarter-finals, in which they were defeated by Pablo Carreño Busta and Guillermo García-López in three sets.
