Breite Strasse 45 (Quedlinburg)
The house at Breite Straße 45 is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located northeast of the town's market square at the confluence of Jüdengasse and Breite Straße and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site . It is registered as a merchant's house in the Quedlinburg monument register. The building, which is also listed, borders on Breite Straße 46 to the south .
Architecture and history
The courtyard house on the street side was built around 1560 in half-timbered construction . The half-timbered facade is adorned with various decorations. There are cylindrical beam heads , ship throats and rosettes. The ground floor and mezzanine are made of massive construction. In the 18th century, both the facade and the interior of the building were rebuilt.
In the courtyard there are two more three-storey building wings from the beginning of the 18th century. The south wing consists of two building parts. On the eastern part there is a rare upper arbor .
