It is located northeast of the town's market square at the confluence of the street Klink with Breite Straße and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site . It is registered as a merchant's house in the Quedlinburg monument register.
Architecture and history
The three-storey half - timbered house was built around 1760. The compartments of the building, which was built in a late Baroque style, are provided with elaborate decorative brickwork. There are also cornice planks. The front door and stairs of the house also come from the Baroque era.
The property has two adjoining side wings that stretch east along the street Klink.
