The house at Breite Straße 47 is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located northeast of the city's market square at the confluence of Stieg and Breite Strasse and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site . In the Quedlinburg monument register it is registered as a residential and commercial building. To the north, the building, which is also listed, borders Breite Straße 46 .
Architecture and history
The building was built in the first half of the 19th century as a replacement for a previous building. The appearance of the classicist building is characterized by a symmetrical division of the facade and a flat sloping roof. In addition, there are neo-Gothic decorative elements with tracery windows and friezes . Around 1890 a shop facade in the neo-renaissance style was built on the ground floor .
From the interior of the house, a classicist stove is worth mentioning.
