Breite Strasse 50 (Quedlinburg)
The house at Breite Straße 50 is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located northeast of the city's market square and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site . In the Quedlinburg monument register it is registered as a residential and commercial building. To the north is the also listed building at Breite Straße 49 , to the south by the Schuhmachergildehaus .
Architecture and history
The massive building was built in 1893 as a replacement for a previous building. The facade is designed in the neo-renaissance style and mainly cites the Italian and German renaissance. Originally there was a pointed helmet on the central bay window . The architecture of the three-storey building differs significantly from the half-timbered buildings surrounding it .
