Breite Strasse 16 (Quedlinburg)
The house at Breite Straße 16 is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located northeast of the city's market square and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site . In the Quedlinburg monument register it is registered as a residential and commercial building. To the south of the house is the also listed building at Breite Strasse 15 , to the north by the house at Breite Strasse 17 .
Architecture and history
The large half-timbered house was built as a replacement building around 1900. A shop was set up on the ground floor. The ground floor facade is provided with arcades , the facade in front of the two upper floors presents itself as a half-timbered facade in line with the Quedlinburg tradition. On the north side of the courtyard there is a wing, the lower part of which was built in the 18th century.
